This was my first session with Leya. She chose the elegant pink dress herself, a delicate element that runs through the series and contrasts with the intensity of the rope work and suspensions.
During the shoot we focused above all on her facial expressions and intense gaze, following their changes from the opening portrait through the most demanding phases of the rope. Her boyfriend, who was my student at the time, assisted us with the lighting and helped me shape her face while maintaining the visual continuity of the sequence.
