This form is used to collect information and preferences from people interested in taking part as models in Rope Tales’ photographic and video projects.

The information you provide will be processed by Kiri Nawa Kai APS to evaluate your application, select suitable models and contact you regarding possible collaborations.

Some questions concern health, personal identity and preferences relating to nudity or explicit content. This information will be used only where relevant to the selection, organisation and safety of a possible project.

Submitting this form does not authorise the publication or commercial use of your images. Any photographic or video production will be covered by a separate agreement.
